I could not say one negative thing about these guys. I called them up with a problem they came out rather quickly and fixed it in a timely fashion. The guy that came out here I can't remember his name but he was very professional and courteous and at the end of the job he explained everything to me. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing electrical help in their home or anyting.

I'm gonna be very straight on this review. Staying at a hotel in Bozeman Montana, some guys come out of the hotel and see a man on a lift painting. While talking about the man, decided to inform him , as a REPRESENTATIVE from THIRD ELEMENT company, TO AN AFRICAN AMERICAN, that he could PURCHASE him.nIs that because your an engineer and feel as though you make so much money that you don't have to work anymore? Obviously not, because you got into a work truck. Or is it because you're white man who thinks that you're powerful and can purchase people?

Called Third Element out to swipe out a chandelier. First guy gets the chandelier up, and tells me everything's good, it's ready to use. Put the light bulbs in and...nothing. Called back and the owner came over the next day. Tells me there's something wrong with my chandelier and there's no use messing with it. Took it apart, spliced the smashed wire back together, put it back together, and had to have someone else come out to re-install it. I'm going to be really upset if I get a bill from this dude. If I had seen the review about the racist comment, I wouldn't have called them at all.
