Ann's have some of the best pizza and wings. Their grinders are also good, but their customer service and prices could use some work. Even with the increase of pricing, my family was regulars, but over the last 2 months, customer service has been poor causing me to search out other pizza places. There are 2 young ladies recently hired that have the worst attitudes. They're not there all the time but enough to make me not want to take the chance of ordering there. Have been a customer since the original owners and must say, prices aren't worth it when having to deal with bad customer service.

Pizzas and the antipasto salad are great. Ordered 3 grinders and a antipasto last night, one of the grinders was ordered to be made a certain way. When I opened it, it wasn't made the way I asked it to be made. Wrapped it back up in to the fridge for an overnight stay because it was ordered close to closing time. Will bring the grinder back up to restaurant today when they open and ask for a new one to be made, although they shouldn't have me do that due to the coronavirus, but past dealings with them in the past was just that. Will stick with Deangelos for grinders.Just called Ann's about the grinder and was told they make it the way they make it not the way I asked it to be made, the kitchen wont do it. The only thing different I asked for was American cheese to be put on bottom and on top of grinder so that the bread doesn't get soggy from mayo. Doesn't sound that impossible to me, but I guess they don't care enough about making a customer happy.

Just ordered delivery for the first time and it was great. Delivery was less than 30 minutes to my door from the time I placed my order online through their easy to use website. Had a small pizza - a perfect new england style - with crispy pepperoni. A side of onion rings which were top notch and plentiful for the price. I ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter; she said it was great and we should order from Ann's again. We certainly will.
