Food was good but experience and service was a complete disaster. Place was slow and waited 20 minuets to be served as they prioritized takeout orders for customers who weren’t even there yet. Whole staff seemed clueless, asked to substitute an item and was looked at with confusion and told a hard no when I was willing to pay for upgrades. Employees need to learn how to do their job in a timely manor and work as a team. Everyone seemed flustered and lacked customer service. I will not be returning.

Prices went up menu selection is down, rude service, smaller drinks. I used to like moe’s but guess I’ll go to Chipotle’s

Great food as usual but my app is not working and they won't email me a password reset. How am I supposed to get my rewards

Ordering via the apps tedious but the staff is consistently friendly and the food has been good. We really enjoy their queso & warm chips.
