Hot Table

Hot table has very good paninis. This is my wife and i's go to restaurant when we want to fill ourselves up on good food but we don't want to pay a lot of money. We also don't typically eat fast food so if it's not a sit-down restaurant it's fast casual dining like hot table. their food would be a four out of five for the fact that it's better than anything you'll get at a fast food restaurant but it's not five star dining. The service at hot table I would say is a four out of five. I definitely feel like it's a little above average simply for the fact that it seems to be a good atmosphere amongst the employees. I also recently had an issue with the rewards program and the manager made an easy fix and that made me very happy. the last two times I've been to hot table everything was spotless but that probably has a lot to do with the fact that people aren't eating inside as much due to Covent 19. I would have to say the cleanliness would be four out of five especially when compared to other restaurants like it which typically can be quite dirty. And finally the atmosphere I'm going to have to give a five out of five. I don't normally give five out of five but the restaurant is very comfortable and the thing I love the most is that by their fireplace they have a Bible that is open to John chapter 3. Any restaurant that has the Bible opened up gets a five star for atmosphere in my book.

I ordered online today and had a credit for a free sandwich. I placed my order and went to redeem my credit and it disappeared. I could not find it under my offers and was pretty bummed. I got to the restaurant to pick up my order and a very nice gentleman named AJ came over and stated he would call corporate and get the credit added back on for me and reprinted my ticket. He could of said it was my loss but he took the extra time and made it right. Then when I looked at my sandwich I had ordered it wrong and the same amazing young man made me a fresh new sandwich. I was so thankful for his amazing kindness and just love Hot Table! ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

Little pricey but the food is amazing. Mac n cheese is kinda peppery not what u would expect. Go with the cheddar broccoli soup!

The food is amazing! I’ve never been disappointed! The chicken pesto is amazing! There is a young man who is a cashier there he doesn’t do anything besides get drinks and run the register and he is amazing it seems everyone helps him with things which is nice to see

2 years ago i gave this place 5 stars the steak sandwiches were absolutely fantastic....nIt is unfortunate that the amount of meat has lessened to almost half since the rating, those oh so delicious rolls have decreased in size and the price remains , oh you can order extra meat , but that combined with the standard amount still doesnt equal out to what it used to be.... so let down... probably wont visit again,, its too bad too..i frequented hot table for myself and family,, sorry hot table but corporate killed you.
