Working with Peter during the difficult COVID months was great. He was quick to thoroughly respond to questions, clear, communicative and provided some much needed help in a complex process. He quickly responded to our text messages, emails and phone calls and looked out for our best interest throughout the entire process. Closing day was a breeze even with our kids along and he is also an incredibly nice guy. Thank you Peter!

Peter made the whole experience quick, easy, and enjoyable! It was a breeze with him at the closing, even amidst the stressful pandemic. He is very timely answering all questions/emails, almost as soon as he receives them. If you have been conditioned to think that closings are painfully long, drawn out, or boring, then you need to experience one with Peter because he will change your mind instantly. I had the pleasure of finalizing my refinance with Attorney Van Dyke this afternoon. He was so wonderful throughout the process. Excellent communication- even staying in touch in the evening hours to finalize numbers for my cash to close the night prior. I involved my two young children in the process as a learning lesson and he made the whole event very fun and entertaining for them- raising their little hands and all. On top of top notch service he also came to my home to complete the transaction. This was huge as I am single mom, working from home these days (aren’t we all?) and have two kids to keep entertained. It was a pleasure working with him and you will not regret choosing him for your family’s needs!
