I’ve already made my appointment with Allison for next year. She has already given me tips on some things that are relevant for this tax year. Basically, I just like her. She has customer service “common sense”. She was able to read me and give me type and quality of advice/service I was looking for. Quick and to the point without coming off as rushed. I’ve been using H&R Block for years now and she was by far my favorite advisor to date.

Lisa white was terrible she filed my taxes incorrectly.. I filed my taxes in February and I'm still waiting for them, not to mention I had to pay a decent amount of money for her to do it wrong. Ridiculous prices. Terrible customer service. I'll be doing them on my own next year.

Your costs are too high especially for someone who makes less than 100,000 a year. I wished I used turbotax to do my own taxes and not get slapped an additional 39.95 for direct deposit. Insane that I paid close to $160 just for federal and state with direct deposit alone. Not including peace of mind for audits that had an additional 40 dollars. Should be given for free for regular H&R block customers.
