The crew on at 3pm on 12/3 was fantastic. The gentleman that took my order was polite and helpful and the 2 women making my order were great. Great food and customer service.

Best burger joint I have been to in awhile, and there are a lot of burger franchises out there it seems. In today's pandemic times, all the tables were marked with a sign that they were disinfected. The overall cleanliness was excellent. I got the pulled pork, which was excellent. The coffee shake was cold, thick, and hit the spot. Staff was friendly, and the service quick. All in all, a great place to stop for a quick meal!

Can't say how the food is yet but I can say the service is very slow. We have been here for nearly 1 hour since we ordered one sandwich and 1 order of fries. We have seen 4 customers return with the wrong door or incorrect order. When we checked on ours we were told they just gave our food away. Not the quick stop along out bike ride we hoped for....nGood luck!nnUpdate: just got our food! 50 minutes. They forgot the Drink. Heading back in to wait 5 minutes before anyone makes eye contact. Wish me luck.

Today i ordered a uber pick up order. two burgers 2 drinks and a fry. picking it up went fine and everyone was nice but it’s not till we got home that we saw both the burgers were plain and we never received one of the drinks. I called and the lady who answered was very nice, they had it ready and correct right when they got there and were very nice.nMistakes happen!! Probably just a mix up i imagine and they took care of it. great place.

Been here a few times but wont be going back again....everytime my bf an I order from here the order always gets messed up. I placed an order online with them an it wouldnt let me make any changes an when I received my food it as not right. The website says pickles an I got jalapenos I'm glad I looked if I bit into I would have been sick. At the end of the day there a restuarant an if a customer wants so.ething a certain way they should be able to get it end of story
