Monroe's High Country Travel Plaza

I have hard time understanding bad reviews about this place . I parked there 10/08/2020 from 10 am till 5 am next morning. I was treated with respect inside the store . Extremely clean bathroom. They had wine and beer. I prefer wine. And nice parking lot . But it's small and drivers need to respect the rules. And yes it's place of business so do spend some money there ...don't be a cheap joe!

Very prejudice people working here, around July 27, 2020 my sister n law Alicia had to use the restroom so we stopped here just before closing time. As we got out of our car the first thing I noticed was this woman staring out the glass door at us, as we approached the door she walked away, we went in and were greeted with stares, i mean they stared at us hard, it made us feel uncomfortable and not once taking there eyes off of us, they didnt even smile. We used the restroom really quick, grabbed our stuff and we got up to the counter to pay and she wouldnt take our money, she started to explain something about them being private owners but we just walked out. I would suggest if your not familiar with the area just keep going because a couple more miles is a friendlier place, Wally world! Now you will love that place!

Don't waste your money here. Just read through the replies the store is leaving to everyone. It speaks for itself. Plenty of other locations near by.

I stopped in Monroe's Travel Plaza for a drink; regrettably I was not wearing a mask due to a skin condition. I was quickly interrogated by the cashier why I was unable to wear a mask, and what medical condition I had that prevented me from wearing one.nnI have never been so publicly shamed and embarrassed in my life; please never go here!

Required to wear mask regardless of medical conditions. Won't ever be back.nEdit :nI live in Helena, never had a conversation about masks and never came back in the store. You must have a form response or have me confused with someone else. I do travel all over the nation,nand most places don't say a word about wearing a mask or not, they just have the required posting on the door. It's sad you're willing to throw away customers so easily. Just the rudness of the employees is enough to keep me from coming back, and your response isn't helping either.
