CVS

The owner is just downright a horrendous human being. If the pharmacy were It’s own entity I’d pay an unreasonably high extra fee just to not have to walk through such a poorly managed and horrible place of “business” to get my prescriptions. Fortunately I’m not the only person who feels this way. Just another case of a selfish money hungry individual who had to have a piece of this town to obtain some element of power over others. It’s well worth a drive to one of the other two CVS locations if you can manage it.

Absolutely unprofessional place. I got there right at six and asked to go buy some makeup and was refused! Their loss...I was going to spend close to $100 due to my liking of high quality makeup and only would have been five minutes in and out.nI know you close at six...Doesn’t mean you have to be rude and refuse business. Sometimes being a dedicated employee needs staying a couple minutes extra.

Been goin here for years. Never disappoints.

certain items are way over price compared to near by stores, and they close at 6pm on Saterdays. I never seen a CVS close that early on a weekend.

I am incredibly dissatisfied and shocked at the employee who answered the pharmacy phone last night on 10/5/18. I had just gotten back from taking my son to urgent care where he was diagnosed with pink eye in both eyes. We left urgent care at 6:20 as the doctor was calling in his prescription. I arrived at a different cvs (where the prescription was called in) and waited for my confirmation phone call that his prescription was ready. After 30 minutes of waiting I called to see if it was ready. I was told that particular pharmacy did not have the drops but another one (this Euclid branch I am reviewing) did have them on hand. I was a little upset that this cvs didn’t bother to let me know that they couldn’t even fill my son’s prescription.nnSo I called this Euclid branch at 6:55 and asked if they had the drops, the lady who answered the phone said yes. I asked her if she could please fill his prescription and I would be there in just a few minutes. She said “We close in 4 minutes”. I told her I would drive very fast and pleaded with her that my 4 year old was in pain and needed his eye drops. She responded with “We aren’t allowed to stay late so...” I then asked her if she could please just get them ready then and I would pick them up in the morning. She started to object and then let out a heavy sigh and asked for my son’s information again. She said she would write a note asking for the pharmacist in the morning to fill it.nnI am now sitting here waiting for cvs to open after spending 20 minutes cleaning up my son’s eyes and listening to him tell me how much they hurt. I am so unhappy and angry that cvs (or at least this employee) put getting out of work 5 minutes early above my son’s health. I will be complaining to corporate.
