This was a trek for me but worth it if you are looking for quality leather and a knowledge staff to assist you. My motorcycle unit needed new vests and they were very helpful. They also have a large presence at bike events and online too.
I order a jacket being one left in stock. I used my gift card and part Pay Pal with the help form Joe, I do not have his last name. So I place the order and 3 days later I get an email stating there is not jacket from customer service and need I say the person email was not nice and her name is Crysta. So now I have left messages with this person Joe and he has not returned my call. I however called pay pal and there is a credit today on my charge. I am still waiting for Joe to call me back to credit my card. I am not a happy camper with this company. Its sad because I have purchased another jacket, helmet, chaps, and gloves with no problem because I was in the store. So I guess to get things done right you have to be there in person. That's sad and bad customer service in my eyes.
Man, but how i love this place and their merchandise...if you ride, you NEED to visit....OFTEN!
