After rushing to Shamrock with 10 minutes to spare, Charlie was gracious enough to let me view the vehicle, take it for a ride and get me a bill of sale. I knew I was going to buy it as soon as I laid eyes on I had it within 4 days. He was able to get me a better rate than my own Credit Union. He is the exact opposite of what I think of a Car Salesman but now exactly what I expect. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, go and check out Charlie at Shamrock. **PLEASE READ** This was the easiest and smoothest auto purchase I’ve ever made. Charlie was professional, attentive, knowledgeable while never putting any pressure on us. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner (Ryan) who truly values your business. This is by far one of the BEST dealerships I’ve purchased from. In addition, I rarely write reviews but this is a business you can trust!

I came from Massachusetts to buy a car from Charlie at Shamrock, mainly for the price and options on the car. No negotiation necessary! Very happy with the financing too, they work with a number of banks and websites including CarGurus, which made shopping and approval so easy.nnI also wanted my car registered in another state which wasn't a problem, and they are experienced with processing this kind of transaction. I had a great experience with Charlie. His professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. It was an almost completely electronic and online approval / sign-up process, there was never any pressure. This made this a nearly contactless experience...with a covid-19 knuckle-bump of thanks as I left with my new car. Thank you Charlie. :)

Possibly the easiest and quickest auto purchase I’ve ever made. Charlie was awesome and never put any pressure on us. Made us feel very comfortable and made my experience awesome. Charlie stayed after they closed to deal with us and the next day had everything ready for us to pick up our car! Definitely recommend!
