I am giving it 2 stars because it is now People's. I dealt with them when i lived in Fairfield Cty. I didnt like them then so I am very disappointed United sold to them. Ill wait and see as so much to just change your account to another bank.nnMostly I think it is horrible that People is not taking into consideration that we the people of WL use that branch alot and you are now making it a inconvenience to us customers.. Not a way to start off People's......
Horrible customer service with really rude tellers, and horrible business practices. It take more than two weeks to get your card. They say 7-10 business days and in reality I have to way almost 20 days before mine finally came in the mail. When I ask them them at the branch the said that it was out of their hand and it will be there soon and offered me no other help. No my card is missing and now it will be this hell all over again. I don’t understand why it takes more than half a month to get a card from a local bank. I think I might have to just go else where
