Mostly level, shady, dirt path. Parking access from Center Springs Park (also shady), the new lot off Broad St. (all in the sun), & at Hilliard St. (half shaded). Path also goes a short distance north of Hilliard St, Idk why Google doesn’t show that part. I THINK it’s all wheelchair accessible now; at least most of it is. The trails it connects to in Center Springs Park are NOT all accessible tho—access to fishing dock & some areas.

Like the trail but there are breaks in it you can't walk straight through. They are working on it. It will be better

A great addition to the bike path system. Peaceful and serene. Amazing to view the old Cheney Mansions.

Not really an exciting hike, but more of an interesting historical curiosity. Was one time the shortest privately owned railroad in the United States. Mostly flat, level ground, but there's a nice pedestrian bridge when it reaches Center Springs Park. Some of the original rails still exist off of Hilliard St.

Great trail! Love that it's has a historic meaning/purpose. It's kept fairly clean. Love that it ends in a bridge at the Center Springs park side. It's pretty.
