I don’t understand how I’ve gone here 5 times and every single time a portion of my order is wrong. Once, I ordered a pretzel bun burger thing they have currently on the menu, and got chicken. Another time I got a Dave’s single with a large chocolate frosty and got a medium vanilla, once I got pub fries instead of Baconator fries, and this time o ordered my favorite thing, an apple pecan salad. Normally they come with I think 2 packs of pecans, I always ask for 2 more. They are nice in the salad. This time instead of 4 I got 1 packet of the pecans. A single packet. Yes, I still got some pecans, but it’s frustrating. Oh, I also went to eat my salad and found that I’ll be eating it with 2 spoons and a knife. No fork in sight. What a frustrating visit. I’m just gonna go to the other one down the street. It’s farther from work, but it’s well worth it.nOn a positive note the staff is friendly.

Always fast, even though long lines, so worth waiting. Never messed up our order, and we order a lot of burgers with specific condiments. Staff doesn't look very friendly, but they aren't rude to you. Parking lot stays clean most of time.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The drive through took 20 minutes. The fries are cold. They forgot my sauce. And they made my burger sloppy.

Food quality and service was good overall. However, I ordered a meal from there and was given a Coke when I asked for Diet Coke. Mind you, I'm Type 1 Diabetic. They need to listen better to their customers.

Ordered a Asiago Ranch Chicken Club and received a basically crispy chicken sandwich. Then when i called i was told to come back and they’ll give me the right sandwich for free. When i went back to receive it i got home to find out it was a spicy chicken instead of a plain crispy chicken Asiago ranch chicken club...i understand it was a half hour before close but it felt like the customer service was rushed which made bad quality in the food...
