Wonderful pastrami sandwich on rye with dressing either French or Russian to boot! Excellent delivery. Will order again in future!
For a state and region with such high standards for pizza and wings, this place does not really stand out. The food is fine, but I don’t see myself getting it again.
Great food and great service even through all the COVID issues. I have been coming here since I moved to the area 12 years ago and Savvi’s has been the most consistent restaurant in the area. The standard pizza does have a crust that is thicker than I like (I grew up in southern CT, lots of New Haven style pizza :) )but it is delicious and so order it that way as well, they are willing to make most pizzas with a thin crust if asked. Another plus is they cut the pizza as it should be, none of this pub cut square BS.nGrinders are awesome and dinner portions are generous.nI sent some coworkers that were up from TX there and they raved about how great it was, they were happy to have some real Italian food and great pizza which they can’t get in their area of TX!
Great service and food at a reasonable price.
We like the pizza at Savvis. The mushrooms are delicious and the sauce doesn't give me heartburn like some other places.nWhile I have only been for pickup the service has always been good and pleasant. I would like to dine in once we are past Covid.
