Went in today with my mom and partner. Ordered the turkey dinner with my mom. Each of us took one bite and got a rancid aftertaste. We brought it to the wait servers attention, and she took it back to the kitchen. She came back to the table and said that it was very fresh and there was nothing wrong with it. Two people that were very hungry did not eat. My partner had Monte Cristo which was fine. When the bill came it was $38. I asked if they were going to take it off the check and they said no, there was nothing wrong with it. There was definitely something wrong with it because I would have eaten the whole thing. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there. It's too bad that they want to burn a relationship and not make a customer happy! We still left a tip, it wasn't the servers fault

We got dinner delivered tonight. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. Tomato & lettuce were very fresh. They did send a roast beef dinner rather than a hot open faced roast beef sandwich but that was no big deal. The roast was delicious and very tender. The mashed potatoes were real with chunks and were delicious. I despise it when I get instant potatoes at a restaurant. These were definitely real. If im ever in Hartford again I would definitely go here or order from here again. Thanks for a great dinner!
