When I needed help at 7am, DJ's answered my call. DJ's representative, Brian, was reassuring, honest, and kept me apprised of the repair schedule and costs throughout the process. The repair was much less than I anticipated, and I truly appreciated their effort to find alternatives that were more cost effective.
DJ's always takes great care of us! They've helped us with a variety of issues and have always been prompt and fair. Most recently, they replaced our transmission and did a fantastic job. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in and complete the job the next day for $1,000 less than what other shops quoted. Highly recommend DJ's!
Incredibly nice. Straight forward. You are dealing with real human beings and not used car salemen trying to rip you off. Shop is clean and organized. Price was reasonable and fair.
My experience with DJ's Automotive was positive from the time I logged onto the website to set up an appointment through picking up my car after repairs had been completed. Everyone I encountered at the shop was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt they researched my car's issues and informed and made sure that I also understood the issue. The service was very timely and I could not have been more pleased. Absolutely will recommend DJ's Automotive!
My 85 year old mother has work done on her SUV and truck at DJ's. They have been amazing to her. They are honest, professional, caring and the quality of work is second to none. We appreciate having a trustworthy automotive shop to go to in Helena. These guys are the best!
