Family Dollar

As soon as you walk in there is always someone talking on their cellphone or playing music, and every time I'm rung up they charge me twice for items and not want to process a refund and for me to "Just grab another one". I've seen employees completely avoiding customers to use their phone in a different isle. They never have their tags in the right place putting $10 toilet paper in a $5 spot. There are always boxes and empty displays down the isles, they'll have products on an end cap marked at $1 but will ring up $2. There is always one register open, one register only taking cards and on not giving receipts. I believe it to be just poor management.

You must not care about your store. This is the 3rd time that I've went into this store and the employee at the cash register is on the phone the entire transaction. This lady ( with braids and the side of her head shaved) , is currently inside of this store right this moment discussing her court case and how "she's going to speak her mind to the judge because she doesn't fear the law". I mean just the simple fact that I walked away from the register, she stopped ringing up stuff to read something off of her phone to who ever she was talking to. This is how businesses lose money. By just hiring anyone and letting them run the place into the ground.

The store is clean well stocked personal is friendly olny complain would be they need more chashers always long lines

Worst costumer service ever listening to trap music on their phones at the register no one has on name tags cashier is beyond rude as he recites his music as he rings me up and every time I come in here the bald guy who I assume is the manager acts and conducts himself in the same manner smh THEY CERTAINLY DONT ALLOW THIS IN SUMMERLIN I suppose since this location is in an ethnic area Family Dollar DOESNT feel we deserve good costumer service WOW JUST WOW
