I went in to get my check engine light checked but they aren't allowed to go into cars with the pandemic so instead they let me use the device to check for the code on my check engine light. Easy and convenient.

I'm not sure why I'm even giving this O'Reilly two stars. Perhaps because I never had such a negative experience before. ?? Purchased a hitch ball, found on own. Wrong size. Costumer service was nil, even though they didn't appear busy. Mind you, I'm a woman in a auto parts store. Returned a few days later to get a refund. Only one clerk at counter. I was number eight in line. 20 minutes of waiting, another clerk appeared. Neither were wearing masks as mandated by our county and State; yet customers must wear masks to enter?? Nope, there were no plastic shields across the sales counter either . . So what was the point of even wearing a mask? Very disappointed. I will do future business with NAPA or online only.

Worst auto part store in Helena. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money at the most pitiful business in this town. I recommend to go to their competitor store that will actually provide excellent customer service and who aren’t thieves.
