Best Chinese place in this neighborhood if you want quantity over quality. That doesn't mean the food is bad just better than those close to it.
I don't know what happened. I understand that during the pandemic there is a certain level of grace to share but even before the outbreak their customer service had been going downhill drastically. Tonight about one hour waiting on a delivery order and the food was absolutely flavorless. I mean, bland, bland, bland! This place for the longest time was one of my favorites but between the continued rudeness from the lady at the counter and the consistent drop in flavor, I'm moving on.
If i could give 6 stars, or 10, I would. I asked for an order for pickup right before close and they said OK. Then I ran late, and they said it was fine. Then I wasn't going to make it in time so I gave my c.c. and they said they woudl leave it out. Then I saw the chef and I offered to give him a tip and he wouldn't take it. Talk about customer service. So impressed with the customer service and the meal is always solid for a good price. I'm not a big person on writing reviews but this was truly incredible and I was having a bad night. Thank you so much! Rock stars!
Bad customer service and pricing. I was charged $9 for chicken wings and pork fried rice and a convenience fee for some reason for $1.50. The lady threw my card at me and I had to ask for my receipt. The food wasn’t worth the bad service either.
Great food. Great delivery service. Very friendly people.
