Domino's Pizza

We oreder the SAME order every week because they are one if the few places with a gluten free option. We always tip 20% to help out during the pandemic. We ask for NO contact delivery which they only get right 50% of the time.nThe pizza is good if not cheap. The delivery person ranges from friendly to rude...guess which one we got tonight??,nI go to the door to pick up my pizza and this burly man is standing there saying Cash only. I told him this is no contact...please call and fix it. He refuses to get his phone.nI call and give the card number...LAST ti.e I waste my hard earned cash on people who can't follow simple directions!

Love curb side drop off, but they often make you wait a while.

I have been ordering from this location for a while and at least once a month. My orders have increased especially during the pandemic, I order online and the delivery service has been very pleasant. Except for today when an item was missing from my order I contacted the store and of course was given the run around. I called back and they blatantly lied and said they checked the cameras and the driver swears she gave us the item. The alleged manager was rude and condescending, I paid for delivery and her solution was for me to drive to the store with all my empty boxes to proof what was delivered. If I wanted to drive to the store I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. The item was only six dollars so it’s not about the money, it’s about the lie which speaks to the integrity of the business. My average order is between thirty and forty dollars so why would I after months of ordering lie about a six dollar item. I have Never had an item missing before today. She made it her business to tell me she’ll always answer the phone because she’s the manager, whoever owns this franchise should be worried if that is who they have representing them. Keep the six dollars your business won’t suffer but you will never receive another penny from me. It doesn’t matter what a customer spends treating people with respect and having ethics is apart of running a good which clearly isn’t a priority to this business.

Steak sandwich so salty, no way there’s double beef on the pizza and the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way! Sure I can finish cooking in my oven but defeats the purpose of me ordering out! The stuffed cheesy bread was good.

I am very dissapointed every time I come here to pick up my order, I was excited to hear that you are offering curbside pick up during the pandemic but the last two times I have been here to pick up my order absolutely nobody came out to give me my order despite the fact that we let them know we are here waiting for the pizza. It was just super annoying because I can see the employees just standing around not busy. Very let down since I do come here often. I would suggest you guys not to offer false advertising if it isn’t being followed through.
