I thought they did a great job with my truck. Good people. They were honest with me. Could've tried to upsell me but they didn't. Honest, fair mechanics over there. Explained things. Not easy to bring your vehicle into get maintenance but you gotta do it sometimes. Nice folks. Positive experience all things considered. Would recommend.
We broke down in Helena on our way back home and these guys went out of their way to fit us in and get us back on the road that day. Kind and efficient service. Zachary was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of!
I've been going to these guys for a few years now and couldn't be happier! I had always done all my own work on vehicles but seems like I just don't have time any more and HTC's work is always meeting or exceeding my expectations (I'm a little picky, FYI). Look, every vehicle repair/maintenance situation is always different and just because it costs one person a certain price doesn't mean that every similar repair on every vehicle will be the same! All I know is that they do great work, explain what was done and why, and have always been super friendly!
I found the front desk person to be rude. Also, I was told that it would take about an hour for a block heater to be installed when I phoned in for an appointment. When I arrived I was told it would take all day due to the car needing to cool down for awhile. A pleasant attitude from the front desk person was missing and so I will take my car to another place.
