Brought my truck in for new front rotors and pads. They performed an inspection on 52 itemsn(Unbeknownst to me) which I was very appreciative for. They finished my brakes a few hours earlier than quoted and the price wasn’t outlandish. I’ve scheduled an alignment for my wife’s Honda Pilot for this week. If the service for this item goes as well as what I experienced, I will continue to use Point S.
EDIT: Kevin called to explain the mistake he made in providing me a repair quote over the phone. He also emailed me a $25 coupon towards my next oil change to earn my business. I appreciated the outreach and will plan to use this shop again in the future as a second chance. Original story follows:nnI had a pretty terrible experience here as a first time customer. I was quoted a repair price over the phone and the charged price was dramatically higher. I would appreciate being contacted to get an explanation, the person that helped me check out could not explain the discrepancy.
Excellent and fast service. They were able to get my truck in and new tires put on less than 24 hours after I stopped by to make an appointment.
I arrived with a flat tire and was immediately helped. The service was quick, and efficient and very reasonably priced. The employees were very friendly. I received $10.00 off for being a first time customer, and $20.00 off my next service. Point S J&J tire and auto is where I get my car worked on now. Highly recommend!
