After Chi left this pharmacy got really bad. No customer service and efficiency. Chi made I very welcoming abd easy to get prescriptions. This is no longer available.

Constantly having issues with prescriptions. We have a policy of always asking our doctors for 90-day prescriptions with multiple (3x) refills. When we call and CVS informs us that "they" have to contact our doctors for refills... we always call directly to the doctor to expedite the prescription. Whenever we contact our doctors, it is a standard habit to request that the Doctor's Office Refill ALL prescriptions that the doctor manages for both my wife and I; in otherwords we make a BLANKET REQUEST about all prescriptions and our doctors faithfully call in ALL prescriptions with new 90-day, multiple refill prescriptions. So, when we contact CVS for a refill on my wife's Escitalopram 10MG medicine, I was surprised that CVS then informed us that they needed to call in for a new prescription (this, despite the fact that on the prescription bottle for this medicine, it showed that she had TWO more refills! So despite our confidence that she did have an active refill for a medicine that my wife uses every day, we called our doctor and they called in the prescriptions (all of them ! ) to the CVS Pharmacy on October 18th. We drove CVS a few days later, waited on our turn in the outside line, and they, AGAIN, informed us that the prescription was not ready and that they, CVS, would contact her doctor for the new prescription. We chose to go home and contact the doctor's office to confirm that the new prescriptions were called into CVS... the doctors office confirmed, yes, called in on Oct. 18th. So we contact CVS and had them search for the prescription; at first they told us that they still needed a prescription called in from my wife's doctor. I pushed to be transferred to the pharmacist, who, again after an interminable wait, finally confirmed that the prescription was in hand and that the medicine would be produced for pickup. We waited at least a week, and then I called to confirm that the medicine was waiting pickup and it was confirmed, yes, it was available for pickup. We went to pick up the medicine and saw that the outside pickup line had at least a dozen cars in it (this CVS was now testing for COVID) and we turned around and drove home. We returned early the next day and drove right up to the pickup window; hooray, we thought. The individual who spoke with us at the window informed us that the medicine could not be made ready because the doctor needed to call in the prescription; I explained all that had happened before and he told us they could not have it ready without a prescription. I left and called the pharmacist who, again confirmed that it could be filled and that it WOULD BE filled, we indicated we'd come in over the next few days. We arrived, and again, the medicine was not ready because someone had reshelved it despite us being told that it would be ready until Sunday, when it would be reshelved - today is Friday. We returned home, my wife called in, and someone said that they would make certain that it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes, we waited 30 minutes, drove in, and, finally, was able to pickup the medicine. My wife is 83 years old with Acute Asyma, I have my own medical issues that put me at risk, and our adult son has NO Immune System..... WE ARE ALL AT GREAT RISK as we have been told by our doctors. We make it a practice to reduce the number of times we leave our home for any reason; your pharmacy has made it necessary for us to travel FOUR times to the pharmacy in order to pickup on medicine... and has failed us by giving us bad information in a continual manner. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! Get this fixed. I am contacting Yelp and contacting Google Reviews... and debating whether I will be contacting CVS Corporate directly with this complaint.

Wait times for pickups are long and when you call you're immediately placed on hold and then kept on hold for 30 minutes.

I use to think this place is great. Then the cashier who acts like I'm bother her service me. Not a word from her and unfriendly is not the type of places I bring my business to.
