I went in for a hair consultation, not really knowing what to expect. I wanted some answers for my next steps for regrowth after going natural and doing the big chop, also knowing I had some thinning issues. Well, I received way more than I imagined!! A great ear, a patient soul, many tissues because I'm a cryer and stuff was just coming out... and then lightbulb, this is a whole body, mind, spirit consult; and examining my scalp, not the hair, was minutes of an absolutely necessary conversation. I am looking forward to this journey with Donyelle, McBride Hair Restoration, not just to grow my hair, but to grow my wholeself to a healthier me!
Donyelle has been amazing working with us and our 6 year old who lost all her hair to alopecia this year. She truly couldn’t have been more helpful to us. She is very professional, prompt in communications and it is evident she is very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. I think most importantly in our situation she made both myself and my 6 year old extremely comfortable there as we treaded unknown ground with this new condition. She spoke to us about more than hair- she encouraged braveness by showing us a video of a little boy overcoming his life obstacles (not related to hair). We feel very fortunate to have met her and would highly recommend her to others!!!
