I love coming to this gym every morning ! All the trainers are so knowledgeable and really take the time to help you every step of the way. I never feel overwhelmed.. and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. I highly suggest joining F45!

Since I am approaching 60 years old, I thought it would be impossible to keep up. The staff pushes me at a comfortable level, and my body is getting stronger. I just show up and let them do the rest. Great! Awesome experience.
I am very impressed with how this workout experience/ facility is run. The workouts are demanding and ever changing, trainers are knowledgeable and extremely challenging and knowledgeable and the facility is clean with all new equipment. So glad F45 came to Glastonbury!
