This place is truly a gift, an oasis, a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place that is positive, compassionate, inclusive and healthy, look no further! Staff and clients are so welcoming and the owner has created such a warm and peaceful environment. Skip the franchise workout places that tend to be clicky and status driven, this is the real deal and your whole self; mind, body and soul will thank you for it! :)
If you are looking for a staff of committed professional instructors who are very diversified and change their class routine constantly then this is the studio for you. Every instructor is very dedicated and focused on providing what the students wants. I have never had a class that did not start on time and give me the workout I was looking for. There are many levels and each instructor brings a different set of skills. This was my first experience with Barre and I got addicted very quickly. It is a very warm and comfortable environment. The owner Lisa Romano is friendly and interested in her clients.
This is THE BEST studio in town for barre and yoga!! The classes are taught by some of the most passionate and knowledgeable instructors in the state. Lisa, the owner, always has special classes (like Barre at the Bar—Which is outdoors at Rooftop) and is always doing fun things—which makes GBY a community of people—not just people who show up. This is by far the best workout I’ve ever had! I’m so lucky to now be able to go 5 days a week! This is a great way to reach your personal goals!nHeather Gauthier
GB&Y is such a wonderful studio with dedicated instructors who always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Every instructor is unique in their own way and I recommend trying each different type of class out. Classes are always interesting with different and new routines each class. The studio is beautiful and has a calming atmosphere. I started out a year ago with no Barre or Yoga experience and now I'm hooked! I can't say enough how great this studio, the owner, Lisa, and the instructors all are!!
I love the classes here. The studio is clean and every class is different so there’s options for everyone. Lisa the owner is always friendly and eager to help.
