Super Professional !nHave been a student for several years and find the studio to be very clean and instructors to be highly professional. Yes, the room is hot and yes its 90 minutes, but that is what makes Bikram Yoga so amazing. You are able to elevate your game by releasing the stress of everyday life and be completely disconnected from the rest of the world in a deep open eyed meditation - something we all need. The instructors are highly trained in their craft and take their roles very serious. I love this place. Give it a try - you'll be happy you did.

Love this form of yoga, the studio and amazing teachers! I also like that it’s truly “hot” yoga; I personally like a hot room to flush out toxins and help your body transition (ok struggle but hey that’s a good thing lol) into poses. I keep coming back because of how it makes me feel coupled with the health benefits. Try it out- all of the teachers are absolutely fantastic. I go based on availability although I have a few faves, they know who they are ;) Thank you so much Shelley and entire BYG team! ❤ufe0f

The studio is a lot warmer than the other bikram studios I've attended and its the first time i have seen people walk out in the middle of class because it was not ending on time. You cannot get ahold of anyone through the phone number they have listed. Not even through text which the suggest you do to receive a faster response. It's been almost one entire month and I have yet to hear a reply from the owner. As a customer, communication is very important to me.
