Best customer service ever!!!! Jennifer was the best, and also the young man named Christian who checked me out. I bought a life size Santa from this location. Jennifer carried him to my car for me. She also, wrapped him up to prevent damage.

Had an appointment for 1:10pm for covid test and nobody called me or look to see if I was in the parking lot. Waiting for 30 minutes in a hot car.. no directions on what to do when you get there. Beside keep ur window closed but i have no Ace. They tell u stay in the car with the window up so okay .Then what ??

I have gone to this store as soon as they built it. (I used to live very close to the store). Nice. Clean. Staff is very nice, helpful, polite. At the pharmacy they remember my name. (That's a good feeling).

So I’m normally prescribed a very low dose narcotic, and have been for years now to take as needed due to chronic pain. I’m having surgery next week and was prescribed a very strong narcotic, 18 pills, for recovery post surgery. I drop off on a Friday, and go to pick up on a Sunday morning because I figure the line will be fairly short. Well, they didn’t tell me they couldn’t fill this script without calling the doctor first, (which they can’t do over the weekend, of course) so I drive down there, leave with the one bottle of anti nausea pills (also for post surgery), think I have the other pills and get home to realize a few hours I don’t have the narcotic. Now, I’m panicking, wondering if I even gave them the script, dropped it, I have no clue as to why I don’t have it in the bag, so I call them and they explain all that. They should probably go ahead and call me, tell me that they can’t fill it or even tell me at the pharmacy when I go to pick it up. I was only told the total and to sign for it, maybe they would question why I put down my license? Something? Really, just let me go home and wonder why? They claimed they tried to call me (they didn’t) but I receive three phone calls a day from cvs saying scripts are ready, scripts are ready, scripts are ready over and over again until I finally go and get them. Oh and I answer it every time, I know it’s them and what they are saying. Really not cool. On top of that, all of the other times I wait in line forever, they don’t have what I go there for to begin with in stock, people act like jerks in the parking lot, yeah I could go on and on. I’m picking up this script when ever it finally gets filled and I’m NOT going back. I know they definitely couldn’t care less about this review, but maybe someone who values their time, will.
