Guy manager Rude rudeeeeee rudeeeeee
Pathetic customer service and not even willing to talk to the customer to address their concerns. Several emails fell in deaf ears. Really need a kick up their back to get it right. This location sucks
This location has the WORST employees I have ever came across.They are rude, I get hung up on when I call and the pharmacy NEVER has my pills in stock,not to mention it takes them hrs and hrs to fill...Any other cvs location but here is Great....This needs to be addressed.
Staff is rude and arrogant. Well never shop here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The manager at this location is the rudest person and should not be in the field of customer service because he shows 0 customer service skills. I will be shopping at another cvs from now on.
