Rented a $200 tux for a wedding party. Obviously not something I was choosing to wear. They gave me the wrong shirt (how would I know what it’s supposed to look like?) without ruffles and the wrong collar. It was very noticeable in the photos. When I returned it and asked for refund options, there was no acknowledgment that it was their fault and they told me they would give me $2.50 for the shirt because “that’s what they do when this happens.” 2 dollars. And 50 cents. They have one job. To dress the wedding party correctly. And failed. And then acted like it was my fault and gave that “offer.” Will truly never spend a dollar at Jos. A Bank for the rest of my life.

Most amazing experience I have ever had! Debora Etzi the store manager took the time to work with my wife and I and made sure I had a suit for my event. It fit perfect, was in my price range, and I got it in time for my event. I could not be happier with the service!
