Very friendly and helpful staff. Rick was very knowledgeable and eager to help my friend and I look for what we needed. We called a few hours before going there not planning to leave with a car the same day. When we got there Rick already had cars that we mentioned interest in over the phone ready for us to view, and after sitting down and almost being there till closing drove out with a great car, and they let us park the old car there for 3 more weeks untill we had time to come and get it. Even though it can be a wait and process to get what you need they do have clean restrooms and free coffee and tea and vending machines there for snacking.

Our experience was the best ever. We've dealt with many dealers over our 60-70 years. This was the most organized, simple, very reasonable trade in value, which was a real blessing! We've got a great car now and are very very happy! Thank you to management for developing the process and we had a great rep in Amanda!

These folks went above and beyond to help us find the right car for us. When the first vehicle didn't work out, through no one's fault, they made the exchange incredibly easy. They were very accommodating, including easy and effective COVID handling. They have their process down -- no delays, no confusion, no surprises.

I’m currently sitting waiting for my car to be serviced, and had the worst conversation with one of the mechanics here. I gave Rosie all my information about my car, and she told the mechanic he will need to take my car for a test drive. He then turned to me and asked me to describe the sound again, which I did the best I could- I am not a mechanic- and he then got frustrated and rude with me. He reiterated his questions, which again I answered to the best of my ability. Like I shouldn’t be having to repeat the exact same thing to him after explaining it once over to Rosie. And to be met with such rudeness- sir, if I could better explain the weird sounds my car is making, I would. I wanted to so badly say- if you can just get into my car, listen for the sound, and then have more questions-please by all means ask me. But instead I’m left feeling like I’m an inconvenience because I can’t explain exactly what’s up with my car. And I’ll still have to pay for the service and rudeness I was given to at 8 am.nnNot to mention, I’ve brought my car here before for a sound it makes and it still makes the same sound, after they “fixed it”. I explained this to them and again was completely disregarded by the mechanic I spoke to.nnWho would have thought that from the sales to service the quality of customer care would completely decline.

My personal experience with CarMax was a very good one. they were polite, very efficient, took the time to explain the whole process. I was offered a fair price for my car. No pressure what so ever to purchase a car at the dealership. I could not be happier.
