I went car shopping for my 82 year old mother and met withnZack. He was amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he took time with us to make sure my mom got into the right car for her.nnMy mom was adamant about going to the Ford dealership that she always bought her cars at so it was an effort to get her to Mazda. She is delighted with her car. She purchased the Mazda 3 Sedan. Zach was professional, and so incredibly nice to us. He has gone above and beyond. He was not a pushy car salesman at all but more of a car expert. Liberty Mazdaa is an amazing dealership. I would highly recommend going there and if you do ask for Zach. He will treat you like family. Thank you Zack so much for helping my mom get a good car she is truly happy. Your dealership is lucky to have you.

Writing a review on behalf of the people and the truth. BEWARE. As a service department , you should be able to visit with trust and honesty. Visit and believe that they will do the right thing. But upon visiting the service department, I was tried to be upsold services I did not need. Female service writer they have working there who is the new generation of Karen. Unbelievable on how naive and greedy is she. Not to mention she didn’t even input the correct mileage of my car into the system. So in the future if I’m to sell my car, the services were done at the wrong mileage.nSurprised she is still working there. DO NOT WORK WITH SHANNON. She was my first and last Service advisor I will ever work with. I wish the older generation would read reviews because those are her targets. Unfortunately. If you have any questions Reach out to me and I will provide you with facts that this review is nothing but the truth. Please BEWARE. Nobody deserves to be taken advantage of including myself.

Super super rude. We had set up a appointment with the lady that sits at the entrance. Believe her name was Shannon. First of all, she was dressed up in some going out cloth. Rule number 1, represent the dealer you work for with some class which means dress up for work. She never flinched to greet us when we entered the service lane. Had asked us to get the miles of our vehicle and on top of that tried to sell us a $320 service at only around 12,000 miles. Mazda of Manchester is where we will be going in the near future. We are beyond disgusted by such rude lying employee Mazda has chosen to represent. Not customer service oriented at all. The Service was never performed as we were outraged by the pricing provided by the customer service lady.

I had an annoying sound coming from my car, I took it to P&P in Manchester where they said they thought it was probably a wheel bearing. So they inspected it, said there was nothing wrong with it and I needed new tires. So fine, I let them put new tires on my car. The car still made the sound. I decided to take my Mazda 3 to Liberty Mazda to get it looked at by Mazda people. Within 2 hours, they had test driven the car, found that in fact it WAS a wheel bearing. They sent me a nice video of my car inspection. My car was just outside of warranty but they were able to get the wheel bearing completely covered, they even replaced my screen inside fully covered because it had been freezing on startup in cold weather. They did give me a couple recommendations, but weren't pushy about anything, said I'd probably need a new battery next winter. But these guys, especially Zack were super friendly, intelligent, and efficient. They didn't try to squeeze money out of me, actually helped me save money! I dropped my car off at 7am and everything was finished within a couple of hours. Thanks so much Liberty Mazda team! :o)nnAlso, I'd like to make a comment that there was hand sanitizer available, and a man was disinfecting the seats. The woman who greeted me at the front was cheerful and polite.

I've taken down my past review of Liberty Mazda due to the exceptional work done by Micah. He's by far one of the best parts guys I've ever had the privilege of associating with.nAdditionally, Jonathan did a fantastic job installing the Car Play kit into my car.nBoth have exceeded my expectations, and I will always recommend either of them.
