Service technician was good, but told me she was going to follow-up on an issue and never heard from her again. Service manager called me after this review. He stated that he would follow up but never did. I cannot recommend them nor will I go back for service or sales!!nnTo recent response by Liberty Honda: No Thank You!!
Transparent, simple and fast! Udi is awesome! I went in on Labor Day for what I thought would be for a used Civic and ended up buying brand new. Picked my car up that Friday! Everyone I encountered was so helpful. The GM was really nice as well! I don't think car dealerships are anyone's favorite place but Overall, a great experience! Love my new Civic EX!

When I was an employee there the manager lied to me.However the service tech's were honest.I was an employee there in 1993. Last year I met Shaun W. and i was impressed he is positive and he does not lie. that is why I now give this place five stars.
I dropped off my car the night before. Early the next morning, my Service Advisor, Chloe, called to confirm the services to be performed. She called again later to advise that there was another issue. She fully explained the issue and offered options that I could easily understand. Chloe was awesome - very helpful, informative and professional!
