I went there for an oil change to top off and check my antifreeze levels, Thursday and Friday I've been noticing puddles in my driveway and at my work parking lot and noticed it was antifreeze leaking out of my car. I never had any leaking from anywhere from my car, now they have to fix it for free

I visited the Volkswagen service department. Located in the same building, as Valenti Hartford. And this Volkswagen is the worst I've ever gone to. 4 hrs for an oil change. And then wanted to over charge, for recharging the A.C. unit. Which they didn't realize was all the car needed. To fix the warm air, It was blowing. They wanted to remove the bumper. Looking for a problem. That wasn't there.
