Went in for check engine light. Supposedly fixed. Light back on 2 days after taking car home.
Front desk girl was nice but the mechanic was rude an unprofessional
Very impressed with my recent experience with the service advisor, Max! I like to take real good care of my Camaro so when the check engine light went on, I had a lot of questions prepared; Max not only knew the answer to each, but it felt like I was talking to the technician themselves. Max obviously discussed the issue in a lot more detail than the resolution report itself, so I was confident the job was done right..
Great experience! I worked with Joe Leone and he was wonderful. He assisted me in purchasing an older jeep. Even though the car was relatively inexpensive, Joe showed me genuine attention and did everything he could to help me through the process.nIf you go to Gengras, I would request Joe. I will definitely come back to this dealership the next time I'm looking for a car.
I had an issue with service for my Chevy S10 Truck. However the General Manager Paul worked with me to get a amicable solution. I would recommend their service and customer appreciation. Service is also fast and free shuttle pickup is so convenient. Thanks
