I have been a TD Bank person for years and I agree this location has gonendown hill! I finally found another branch that is much, much better than this one and where they are more friendly as well,It is too bad years agonyou knew everyone at this branch every time you go there now it isnsomebody new including the Managers also.
I do not like this bank. It use to offer longer hours not it does not! It use to offer have no additional charges to use other ATMs, not it does not! This things that attracted me to the bank are no longer there so why should I stay? Guess what, I am not!
I have been a TD Bank Customer for years, but it is time for a new bank. This bank is not only becoming Your Worst Nightmare instead of the Most Convenient Bank. I have never used a bank that makes you resign up for wire service every two months. And you have to go to the branch, talk about inconvenient.
Great service
So let tell you how TD Bank is quite frankly the worst bank. Do not use their Bill pay. They will pay the wrong vendor and swear that it was not their problem. However your put an account number on the payee and they pay some other payee. The thirid party Partner Care and they want me to resolve the issue. Now they put me to another number on hold 1 hour.
