I have been banking at Webster since I opened my business eight years ago. I have always found the staff at the Silver Lane office to be pleasant and helpful. I always go into the building and not the drive thru. My dog is welcome to come in with me and they will give her a dog treat. I have always liked this bank and the Silver Lane office.
The staff at Webster Bank on Silver Lane in East Hartford has ALWAYS gone the extra yard to solve whatever issue I come in with that day. I do business at this branch 1-2 times per week. I don't always have easy things to deal with. They are patient with me and ALWAYS courteous - despite whatever/whomever they had to work with before me. Customer Service can't be an easy occupation and I have never felt as if they were trying to rush me. I can't say enough nice things about the staff that is on hand at this branch!
Racist stuff! they don't speak English, the place is so dirty, i will give them less than one star
