Awful Mobile App. Limited Options. Slow Money Transfers from other banks. Annoying Automated Phone System and much more...nnAdditional Issues:nnI had no choice to open a savings account when I didn't want to.nnTheir employees do not listen or do not follow through with directions when it comes to payments on accounts/loans.nnNo option to pay loans when ready, has to be automated.nnmobile app not printer friendly.nnPaying Bills is separate from simply going to your accounts to pay bills.nnThe only positive note i can give is that i was approved a loan up to 8k with low credit.

Absolutely impossible to get customer service over the phone so I went to the bank and was racially profiled at the door!!!! I was made to give my account number and show id just to get in but no other customer while I was there was made to show id

My refinance was handled efficiently, and the communication was excellent. I always knew in advance what would be needed, and by when. There were no surprises or unexpected events or fees. I have used American Eagle FCU as my bank for many years and have enjoyed the relationship.

Worst branch I’ve dealt with so far. I ordered a new card so I won’t have to switch all my accounts around, waited 45 minutes in line to be rudely told I was 2 days early. I give them a whole week and call to make sure the card arrived before I take time from work to go get it, again another 25 minutes to get someone on the phone so they can tell me it was picked up at Bloomfield location (NOT BY ME) 45 minutes on the phone later the rep tells me there’s nothing he can do as I write this I’ve yet to receive a call from the branch manager. I spent about 3-4 hours of my life to then be told I need to get a new card and change all my accounts linked to my current one because they may have given the wrong person my card even though they require I.D to release them...
