My tax professional Neelu Agrawal was great. She met me at the door, quickly checked over my documents and then made an appointment for me to come back and sign my tax return. She promised one day turn around but then achieved success in a single afternoon. And then she electronically filed my Federal and State returns for me. She was easy to talk to and very personable.

Norman who was assisting me in filing the taxes at the East Hartford, CT location, has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining me my taxes and exemptions. He made the whole filing of taxes look easy and wrapped up in less than 45 minutes which hasn't been the case in earlier years. I truly appreciate Norman's help this afternoon and am looking forward to working with him next year as well.

Neelu Agrawal was tremendously helpful, explaining our current tax return, and actually going above and beyond her duties to adjust three previous years' tax returns in light of our discussion. Using our 1098 forms, she handled previous and current tax returns with the utmost in professionalism, efficiency, and respect for our finances. Neelu is an asset to H&R Block, and helped my family greatly.
