Not god in customer service.
Chicken always fresh and honey on deck for biscuits JUST ASK!
They were open but wouldn't cook anything. Only gave me food that was already cooked. Asked for 3 sandwiches and got 2
If I could give this location a -5 I would..the chicken was overcooked and inedible looks like it has been sitting out all day. Order spicy got mild this location thinks when you order they can give you what they want you to have. I WANT MY MONEY RETURN
I typically enjoy Popeyes. Their food is great and very consistent from store to store. I usually wouldn’t take the time to write a review on a fast food restaurant, but this particular location is not a good location to visit. They are still fairly new (under 2-years) and 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong. It’s either missing something or wrong altogether. The staff there do not seem to care and are usually fooling around at the drive through window where customers can see them. The few times I’ve gone in to get my order corrected the manager/person in charge acts like I’m inconveniencing them. I would excuse one off occasions, but almost every time is just downright annoying. We will not be visiting this location anytime soon.
