Excellent work. Friendly people.
I have been going there for decades. I love the small town feel you get when you enter. You are greeted more as a friend than a patron. The Shop is always decorated for the season and filled with the sounds of friendly conversation.
First time trying this place. Kathy was very friendly, years of experience and did a fantastic haircut. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Just found my favorite local place for my haircuts. Walk-ins welcome, however, recommend making an appointment.
I've been having Susan (owner) style my hair since 1982. So what?... you may ask? I moved to New York 8 years ago, and still drive 2&1/2 hours to have her do my hair. Yes, I have other reasons to travel to Connecticut, but the schedule revolves around my haircuts! The shop is clean and comfortable with complimentary hot beverages available. The other stylists in the shop, also have their loyal clients. All ages of customers walk out looking great! Walk-ins are accommodated when their appointment schedules allow. ❤
