I tried calling for help with a prescription, and the person I spoke to on the phone was rude, short, and not very helpful. I always try my best to be kind to workers over the phone, but I was really disappointed at how annoyed she seemed by a simple question I was asking.

Do not purchase Greendot gift cards or any gift cards from CVS.nI purchased $100 greendot gift card and when I tried to activate it, it was invalid number.nI went back to CVS Granby CT with my receipt and they initially said nothing they can do since it’s a third party gift card.nCalled an 800 number for CVS and they opened a case.. 10 days later green dot called and left message. When I tried to return the call, it was an invalid extension number.nnBig run around trying to get my money back.

I usually frequent the CVS in Southwick, MA, but had to run to the Granby, CT store because Southwick closes at 8, and Granby was open until 9. I needed to fill a prescription for my wife. When I arrived at 8:30 the pharmacist asked if I was dropping the prescription off for the next day. When I explained the situation, she filled the prescription on the spot. She even filled it with tablets instead of capsules because they were less expensive. Appreciate ANNA G. for going the extra mile so my wife could have her prescription this evening.

Awful service. Constantly under-staffed and ALWAYS has a long wait. My favorite part is how there are 5 people behind the pharmacy counter and yet only 1 is willing or able to help you.
