Had a major problem with a lot I won and the only option was reaching out to the manager via email explaining the whole situation. Within 2 minutes (!!!) I received a reply with Brian, the manager, letting me know that he reviewed the case in my favor. No questions asked. What a legend! Now this is the kind of attitude any Copart branch and employee should exercise, just as we, buyers, are always understanding and treat mistakes made by auctions with acceptance.

Amazing employees!!!. The ones at security are very nice and helped me out. I needed to pay for a vehicle I purchased online and it was the best experience. The two ladies at the front desk helped me out right away. Fast, Fun, amazing staff. Would recommend
