I really needed something notarized and went to the bank not long before closing. The notary there was incredibly patient and kind. She apologized twice for the wait - it wasn't that long, seriously. No one I spoke to even asked if I bank there (I do, actually). I got everything I needed done. It was great.
This Wells Fargo branch has always been fantastic to work with and I have used a lot of banks all over the country. Excellent customer service and on-point every time. Jessica J (branch employee) deserves a shout out today for exceptional service.
Wow this is the first wells Fargo I ever seen that's closed on a sat.
Didn't answer phone calls and messages for over a week. I'm switching banks because of poor costumer service
No ATM at the time I was there, but the staff were friendly, and took care of getting me cash.
