We have been members for almost forty years, but may not be for much longer: We went in (after making an appointment) to open a new account for our daughter:n1. Couldn't get inn2. The person (Becky in New Accounts) who let us in said we didn't have an appointmentn3. After informing us that it would take an hour to open the account, she continued to be unhelpfulnand extremely ruden4. We finally told her we would take our business somewhere else and did so - opened an account at andifferent bank in less than 20 minutes.
I love Rocky Mountain Credit Union. It is a great place to be. Staff is always friendly and helpful, they are always showing how much they appreciate their members by doing things like member appreciation day where they provide lunch or do give aways of some pretty amazing prizes, and their customer service is awesome.
You can tell member service is a top priority and the employees are so friendly and helpful! Wonderful member service!! Definitely a great place for all your financial needs!
Top notch credit union. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Loan officers are easy to work with.
