Forgot cheese on the burger but everyone makes mistakes. Other then that food seemed fresh for 8pm and with a big line at every restaurant in the area they had me back on the road in no time
Freshest whopper I ever did have and my cashier was super friendly.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a disgusting experience at a Burger King. I don't usually visit this location, but I was in the area and it was convenient lunch. The MANAGER was rude and dismissive towards me when I asked him to honor a coupon from the Burger King App. The issue escalated quickly and corporate was involved. I have NEVER experienced this bad of customer service anywhere I have gone, not even just Burger King locations either. Very appalled and disturbed by the entire experience. Didn't even get the order correct.
I love Burger King but the Burger King In Brewster gotta come back to normal hours opening up too late.
The gentleman behind the counter was rude. The hashbrowns were soggy, and the breakfast sandwich wasn't even toasted. Barely warm. The best thing was the OJ, and I have to give credit to minute maid on that one.
