I was the first customer to be helped in line, then two young men (teenagers) behind me. The customer service representative who assisted me (in my receipt says "helped by Sarah") decided to help the customers who were behind me on another cash register, while still working on my transaction. Before she left ringing my items, I told her that I still had other items to be checked out and she said "I can work with two cashiers at the same time". If she is physically and mentally capable to do that, it is not the customer concern. The customer's expectation is to get products, pay for them, be treated with respect and leave the store satisfied. In summary, I had to wait for her to finish assisting the other customers that were behind me, in order to have my transaction finished. Of course at the end of that transaction I was frustrated. She could easily see the frustration on my face. I did not hide my discontentment ( which I believe many people in my place would feel the same). Even though I was frustrated, I did not say a word about her lack of professionalism. Neither, I saw a reason to say thanks at the end of the transaction, when I felt I was treated in an unprofessional and rude manner. There was actually nothing to thank for. She handed me my receipt, and what I heard from her was "whatever". Not " thanks for waiting" or "have a nice day" or any sort of professional attitude. When I entered the store today, I did not expect to have first class customer service. CVS is a store of convenience not a spa. What I expected was to get what I was looking for, go to the cashier to pay for my item by a professional trained customer service representative with manners! Being treated with respect is the least a customer can expect when paying for services. My experience in this store with this employee makes me almost think that she treated me disrespectfully for personal reasons. Maybe she did not like something about me such as the clothes I was wearing, my accent, the color of my hair... I don't know. I felt I was being treated badly. After this unpleasant experience, I went to another CVS to get an item that I could not find in the first CVS store (at 5545 El Camino al Norte). The second CVS store I went to is located on 1408 W Craig Rd, not far from the first CVS store. The customer service there was totally different! The employee behind the cashier, Mr. Clayton, was cordial and sensitive enough to ask me: “how's your day going?", which I appreciated very much. I told him the unfortunate episode in the previous store, and told him that I will never go back to that store again, because it was not the first time I was not treated fairly. I was encouraged by the manager to talk about my customer experience to the manager of the CVS store on Camino el Norte. I decided to do that. I called the store and the person who answered the phone was the same that was rude to me in the first place, Ms. Sarah who said that Mr. Jeff was not there and she was the supervisor that day. She gave me reasons to believe that she was being deceitful! I asked her to talk to someone else because I did not believe her. This other person who came to the phone who also said to be the supervisor, was empathetic and polite and apologized for “the inconvenience”. The reason I write this long review is to remind us all that we should treat everyone respectfully independently of their "biases", or even if we are not having a good day (or a good paycheck). Secondly, because I got tired of going to that CVS store at Camino al Norte and having horrible customer service experiences as they do not like people there. The staff should have customer service training to learn how to treat customers professionally and respectfully. Above all, their employees should be grateful they still have jobs during these terrible times. The reason that CVS store is open is because they still have customers. My question is: for how long?!

These people are very uneducated with their medication. It worries me they don’t know what medication they are giving and can possibly harm people. I think they need to get their license audited because their staff is incompetent. I will be reporting This pharmacy. They gave me the wrong medication.

It’s like there’s one person to work drive thru and the inside of the store. Was in line for 25 minutes after being told medicine would be ready by 5. At 5:30 I was told to come back again in 15 minutes after being in that slow line. :/

Some of the Pharmacist are nice but, this lady named 'Erin' is kinda rude and easily annoyed. I literally went to pick up prescriptions for my daughter and I, and the lady got annoyed and started complaining to her co worker about people and rolling her eyes. As a nurse, I feel like....if you don't like providing good customer service, then don't work in that line of work.🤷‍♀️😓

I come to CVS regularly for my prescriptions. I was assisted through the drive up window promptly. Adrian assisted me and was friendly. I have had multiple interactions with him and he is always so helpful and friendly. He has grade A customer service. Adrian is definitely the reason why my family has continued to use CVS pharmacy. Customer service is important and great service is hard to find. Adrian is a valuable asset to this pharmacy.
