This was my first visit to this store and I know nothing about the topic as this was meant to be a gift for someone. The owner got irate pretty quickly after me asking “too many questions”. Then he accused me of smoking marijuana. Despite the fact that he couldn’t be more wrong, it’s really non of his concern what someone does with the product, his only concern should have been to help me out. He definitely should treat his customers better and be a lot more patient in a time when ordering online is so convenient. I would not recommend going here unless you can get in and get out without asking any questions.
Amazing selection of everything from glass pipes, to vape supplies, to cigars. The owner is very friendly and is a good person to have a conversation with. People say the store is cramped, but that's only because there is such a wide variety of products in it. There are more vape products in the store than in a vape-specific store. Repeated customer, highly recommended.
Had a ton of stuff but are difficult to communicate with. Communication made it difficult to describe what was needed, and refuses to swap items (when not even used)
Best vapor shop - fully stocked never running out of stock! Good customer service most items are reasonably priced - they also offer volume discount! I know them for last 15 years when they are just smoke shop opp. Costco Gas station. Still they are going strong adopted to current trend of vapor products business and I believe CP Royale is No.1 largest vapor shop in CT! Wish them all the best and thank them for being in Brookfield for such a long time! Need anything for vapor related products, Fine Premium Cigars and smoke accessories - go here and you will find all you want!
This place is like a toy store for pipes and vapes! It's absolutely packed with goods. They've got fancy high end stuff along with simple cheap stuff, with fair prices. I was looking all over the Danbury area for the right classy glass pipe and finally found the perfect one here. The guy there was very kind and respectful. I'll definitely be back!
