The entire staff were very warm, accommodating and friendly; a real family feel. The food was superb. A slight wait for the entrees, but the quality,preparation and presentation were terrific and well worth the wait. The wine selection includes a number of regions that you don't normally see, and is exceptionally good.

The wine selection includes a number of regions that you don't normally see, and is exceptionally good. A trattoria is , by nature, not the Ritz. It is more family style. If you want crystal salt and pepper shakers, New York is only a short ride away.

Finest place to eat some food when in a hurry. The service is prompt, prices are reasonable, great character. I highly recommend this place

For our 2nd courses we shared a delicious lasagna followed by braised pork shank - FANTASTIC!! Unfortunately, there wasn't room left for the homemade tarimitsu ....I did end with a double expresso. The parking continues to be easy right on the street in front. I'll be back for lunch later in the week.

Was in the area and looking for a place to have lunch, did a google search and it looked like a nice spot so we stopped in.nnFirst, the place was spotless, smelled like it was just freshly cleaned and the staff were very friendly when we entered. The server and all of the staff had masks on which was nice considering the current situation and they seemed to take what was going on seriously.nnWe started with some fried calamari, for entrees I had the gnocchi alla sorrentina, wife had the pappardelle with bolognese sauce, MiL had the pasta carbonara, kids had chicken cutlets and they even made some fries even though they didn’t have it on the menu.nnEverything was made fresh, the gnocchi were very light, and most importantly, delicious. Wife loved the pappardelle, MiL love the carbonara and the kids devoured the cutlets and fries.nnFor desert, we had the Tiramisu, again excellent.nnSo glad we found this place, even though we were from out of town, we plan on coming back to CT just for another round of their delicious food and incredible service. Please, if your in the area, definitely support them, would be a shame to see them close during these hard times. I know we will spread the word because they truly deserve it, excellent all around.
